Project Overview:
  • Client: Greenterminal
  • Project Name: Deep Processing Plant for Oilseeds with Transshipment Complex and Railway Station
  • Objective: Create a compelling presentation for potential investors outlining the construction of a state-of-the-art processing plant and terminal complex.
Initiation:
Started with a simple, yet impactful logo for Greenterminal, incorporating green tones to reflect the plant processing nature. Developed a concise project description, highlighting the purpose of the complex and the team’s expertise in similar large-scale projects. Collaborated with the client to define the structure of the terminal complex, encompassing a Deep Processing Plant for Oilseeds, Transshipment Complex, Grain Terminal, Oil Terminal, Container-Stuffing Complex, and Wharf with Operating Water Area.
Modelling and Visual Representation:
Oil Terminal:
  • Created a 3D model using 3D Studio Max, illustrating the loading of railway wagons and main characteristics of the oil terminal.
  • Infographics depicted oil storage units and the loading process onto railway wagons.
Container-Stuffing Complex:
  • Utilized 3D Studio Max to model the complex, showcasing the unloading of soya and rape from railway wagons and trucks.
  • Infographics illustrated the process of storing and packing oilseeds.
Deep Processing Plant for Oilseeds:
  • Modeled a high-capacity (500 Tons/Day) plant using 3D Studio Max.
  • Presented main characteristics through infographics, emphasizing productivity and efficiency.
Wharf with Operating Water Area:
  • Developed a 3D model illustrating the loading of oilseeds leftovers onto ships.
  • Highlighted key characteristics of the wharf through infographics.
Result:
Maintained almost daily communication with the client throughout the month-long project duration. The presentation played a pivotal role in securing financing from a State bank in Ukraine for the construction of the Deep Processing Plant for Oilseeds with a Transshipment Complex and Railway Station. As a bonus, provided the client with a business card design tailored for negotiations with investors.
  • The successful execution of this project not only met but exceeded the client’s expectations.
  • The investors were impressed with the presentation, contributing to the project’s financial backing and eventual construction.
  • This project stands out as one of my proudest achievements, showcasing both creativity and strategic thinking in design.
