What It Does
This n8n workflow takes a single hero image and automatically exports it into production-ready assets for every channel — Instagram, Facebook, web banners, retail POS, email headers, and print. Smart cropping, color space conversion, brand overlay application, and automated naming conventions — all in one pipeline.
Key Features
- Multi-Channel Export — One hero image becomes 10+ production-ready variants across Instagram (1080×1080, 1080×1350), Facebook Ads (1200×628), Web Banners (1920×600, 728×90), Retail POS (A3/A4 CMYK with bleed), and Email Headers (600×300)
- Smart Cropping — Gravity-center crop ensures the focal point stays centered across every aspect ratio from 1:1 to 8:1
- Color Space Conversion — Automatically converts sRGB to CMYK for print-ready retail and packaging assets
- Quality Validation — Each export is validated for file size limits, resolution, and format compliance per channel spec
- Automated Naming — Campaign-aware file naming: campaign_product_channel_WxH_v1.format
- Batch Processing — Feed it an entire campaign folder and export all variants at once
How It Works
Webhook receives a hero image URL and channel list → Downloads and analyzes the source image → Generates channel-specific variants with correct dimensions, aspect ratios, and color spaces → Validates each export → Logs everything to Google Sheets → Notifies the design team on Slack with a full export summary.
