Project Overview:
- Client: Adept Group
- Project Name: Unifying Adept Group as an EPCM+ Contractor in Agro-Industrial Sector
- Objective: Develop a presentation to transform Adept Group into a comprehensive EPCM+ contractor, offering services from financing to construction in complex projects within the Agro-Industrial sector.
Background:
Adept Group, a conglomerate with engineering and construction offices, had previously functioned as a contractor on various projects in segmented roles (engineering or construction only). The challenge was to create a presentation that showcased the company’s capabilities as a general contractor, capable of handling entire construction projects in the Agro-Industrial sector. After gathering essential information about Adept Group’s capabilities and projects, I proposed a strategic shift to EPCM+ (Engineering – Procurement – Construction – Management plus Financing) contractor, offering a comprehensive solution for clients.
Visual Representation:
- Implemented “Project Management 360°” diagrams to visually depict the entire project flow: Financing – Engineering – Procurement – Construction – Service.
- The diagrams simplified the complex process, making it easy for the client to understand the full spectrum of Adept Group’s offerings.
- Received positive feedback from the client, emphasizing the effectiveness of the visual representation in conveying the company’s new capabilities.
